The CONSEJO GENERAL DEL NOTARIADO, in line with its commitment to promoting the integration of people with disabilities, including those with physical or cognitive impairments, and regardless of the technological devices used to access information, has worked in accordance with the Accessibility Guidelines defined by the permanent working group Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
The Citizen’s Notarial Portal has been developed using XHTML (eXtensible Hypertext Markup Language) and style sheets, complying, as far as possible, with the XHTML 1.0 and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) validations of the W3C.
Among the main measures adopted to ensure accessibility are the following:
Text size. The fonts used have relative dimensions so that the user can control their size from the browser being used.
Design, navigation and interactivity. Efforts have been made to achieve consistent navigation throughout the website, following the same structural schemes on all pages.
